Our positioning for this new workspace concept came from a strong belief in the power of people with big ideas and the willpower to achieve them.
From this belief came a name that described that small percentage of people that actually create products, ideas and business that truly change the way people do things. Our approach to the brand’s identity design was similarly bold and human-focused.
Beyond the name, we built a framework for how the brand could differentiate itself by creating communities that truly empowered entrepreneurs, creative talents and other global ‘superheros’. From the details of its interior design to the space’s programming and amenities, we developed ways for the Three Percent team to deliver on their promise of supporting changemakers and visionaries.
