We worked to build a new product range for The Bakery Shop that would stimulate demand and inspire new customer engagement.
The company faced a significant drop in sales during the summer season. With the opening of a new round of stores in seaside locations they wanted to create a new summer-focused product range that could enhance their offering during this time.
Following an extensive research process of consumer behaviors, we built a series of light, fun casual bites that positioning the company as a modern urban bakery. Our idea for donuts on sticks became an immediate hit – increasing sales dramatically during the typically sluggish summer months.
